A Good Opportunity for ..

-Good understanding of Myanmar government application form and applicant document that company need such as employee tax ,company income tax and related laws.
-Explaining human resources policies,procedures,laws and standards to new and existing employees.
-Good to handle all employment relations issues,such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
- Interpreting union contracts (employee and labor relations),helping to negotiate collective bargaining agreement and advising supervisors on union contract interpretation.
- Specialize in recruitment of job placement and interviewing.
- Account and calculate salary for staff .

Job Requirements

- Must have over 4 years of working experience in HR department.
-. Require certificate which is related with HR management or a related field.
- Must have at least two languages skill (Myanmar/English/Chinese)
