Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, policies and procedures
• To provide a professional, efficient and effective HR administration and advice service across the school in accordance with agreed policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation: maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards at all times.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable government laws;
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge
• Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, planning, monitoring, appraising and training
• Liaison with employee representatives in relation to employment matters at MISY, we are committed to safeguarding and to promoting the welfare of our students.
