Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

I. Create JD, KPI and Evaluation process and train the line managers for Evaluation process
II. Overlook recruitment process to be efficient and cost effective
III. Work closely with GM to plan Compensation Package for management team
IV. Plan and execute salary structure for operational staffs in line with labor law
V. Plan Budget for HR and Training activities
VI. Plan budget for positive reinforcement programs
VII. Keep HR policies, rules and regulations in compliance with labor law and update when necessary
VIII. Plan communication among HR Team and supervise the smooth workflow
IX. Plan and supervise communication between HR team and other departments in the organization
X. Plan appropriate Training Programs in corporation with Operation Team
XI. Oversee turnover rate, leave and absence rate and exit interviews, make necessary adjustments in HR policies and suggest improvement to other departments to reduce absenteeism and staff turnover

Job Requirements

I. Must be active young-adult with Diploma or Degree specialized in Human Resource Management
II. Efficient use of Microsoft office
III. Good knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law
IV. Former experience in labor intensive industries is preferred
V. Fluent in English writing is preferred
