KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Updates staff information and prepare the staff report monthly.
o Maintain records and filling confidentiality personnel data and staff information.
o Keeping tract and prepare necessary documents on the staff related form ( probationary period completion , transfer , promotion , contract extension , resignation ) .
o Look after insurance with social security and other insurance .
o Update on the Myanmar Labor Law regularly.
o General HR administration tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

o University Degree and the relevant qualification in Human Resource .
o At least 2 years experience with working experience in the field of HR .
o Good communication with both written and oral in English and Myanmar .
o Strong in using MS Excel , MS Word and Power Point .
o Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
o Willingness to travel in rural areas where a lot of BRAC operations take place.
o Possesses team spirit , flexibility , adaptability ,creativity, honesty and respect for diversity .
