Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

- Assists the Local HR Head in the development of the Human Resources Service Line
- Assists in the development of training plans & programmes for office employees
- Maintains the archiving system with deta related to office personnel, training courses, leaves, CVs, etc.
- Makes sure to follow-up with training activities and verifying all logistical aspects
- Operates daily administration of SAP Human Capital Management software and keeps up to date all personnel data
- Assists in the organization of Human resources activities upon the approval from management
- Adheres and operates at all times as per company's policies, code of conduct, HR policies & business plan
- Monitors and advises about local labour laws and assists the Local HR Head to implement these
- Advises the staff on performance issues
- Acts as a point of contact for human resources issues and complaints
- Controls and checks the time attendance software
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the Global and Local Heads
- Provides assistance to the Human Resources Service Line as required
- Ensures that confidentiality is maintained at all times

Job Requirements

- University degree and/or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Management
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in a similar position
- Excellent command of the English and Myanmar Language
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and sociability skills
- Very good multicultural skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office ( Power Point, Word , Excel, Outlook)
- Sufficient Understanding of local employment legislation and Myanmar Labour Law
- Be able to occasionally travel
