Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures that confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Arranges and organizes the recruitment and selection process effectively
  • Organises and manages the archiving system concerning the data related to training
  • Prepares the monthly report for the management
  • Supports the Human Resources Team Leader with the employee induction programmes, ensuring the welcoming of all newcomers
  • Provides advice to staff on performance issues when requested
  • Ensures the proper and safe maintenance of personal records and data of all employees; on matters such as salaries, benefits, leaves, CVs, etc.
  • Communicates and assists in the implementation of the Organisation’s Code of Conduct and disciplinary procedures
  • Acts as a point of contact for human resources issues and complaints
  • Controls and checks the time attendance software
  • Provides assistance to the Human Resources Service Line as required

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • University or College Diploma in Human Resource Management or in similar fields (Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration)
  • Must have Experience in Hotel or Restaurant HR 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the company
  • Knowledge of human resources management policies and best practices
  • Excellent command of the English language and Myanmar language
  • Very Good knowledge of Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Sound knowledge in Myanmar Labour Law
  • Creative, honest, hard- working and passionate
