Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).Opening Personal Files, support to requests PC or Laptops for new hires and closing Personal Files, Proper Checklist and report outstanding for resigned/ terminated/ retired staffs.

Work together with Talent Management & Employer Branding Manager to shape and execute sourcing and development stratey for Market employees, including sourcing, advertising, recruitment related programs, internal recruitment, candidate screening, interviewing, assessments, temporary employees etc. Offers, hiring, arranging computers & work place for new hire and all related procedures are also part of the responsibilities.


Participate in recruitment process from advertising, search through setting up job descriptions to interviewing (WG-4) and pre-assessments. Make sure that recruitment processes and candidates are sufficiently support MJT functional needs. Support functional heads in assessing functional needs and defining the scope of vacant positions and profile of potential candidates. Manage exit interviews in case of an employee leaving MJT.

Perform reference checks and arrange pre-employment medical check up for shortlisted candidates. Responsible in giving orientation training & opening Personal Files for new hires and closing Personal Files for resigned/ terminated / retired staffs.

Prepare monthly/annual reports : headcount, recruitment expenses, turnover and other relevant information in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible to administer any requisitions and documentations in relations to recruitment/relocation activities.

Work together with Talent Management & Employer Branding for MJT Internship Program, including advertising of MJT Internship, candidated screening and other necessary arrangement for the interns.

Any other responsibilities that is required by Talent Management & Employer Branding Manager.

Job Requirements

Graduate degree, post graduate degree (preferably in the area of HR or Business Management)

At least Three years of experience in Recruitment & Selection.

Good English written and spoken (Native language: Myanmar)

MS Office knowledge (excel & ppt)

SAP HR knowledge is a plus
