-Effectively perform functional accountabilities below:
- Propose and gain approval on HR policies, standards, guidelines
- Propose and gain approval on HR strategy and plan, as well as set targets and goals for current operations
- Oversee the planning and implementation of activities to reinforce organization cultures, values and norms
- Oversee the development of the organization structure and job design, functional and cross-functional business processes
- Oversee the development and implementation of manpower planning to identify optimal level of manpower required and vacancies
- Oversee the operation of recruitment and selection procedures and process
- Oversee development and implementation of performance management system, including functional and individual KPIs,to identify strengths and area of
improvements to functions and individuals
- Oversee the development of training and capabilities development programs, and the implementation of training activities
- Oversee the development and implementation of rewards management, including designing the rewards structure, compensation and benefit scheme, and
processing payroll
- Oversee the operation of recruitment and selection procedures and process, to ensure that the vacancies are filled in a timely manner
- Oversee employee relations, conditions and employment issues, and ensure compliance with the country's regulations and company's policies
- Oversee the development and communication of HR compliance policies, organization rules and regulations, and HR code of conduct
- Oversee the development of employee surveys, company climate surveys and recommend corrective action where deemed necessary
- Oversee the maintenance of HRIS and portal
- Develop action plan to provide guideline and instruction for team
-Supervise, monitor and control utilization of CAPEX and OPEX to ensure optimal corporate benefit and alignment with budget plan
- Identify required skills and competency, as well as provide coaching and motivate team members for career growth and development
- Envision future business, forecast and plan for expansion or changes that may effect the company
- Manage, monitor, and evaluate performance of subordinates to ensure achievement of department goal and target
- Ensure operational compliance with the company's policies and regulatory requirements
- Engage in regular meetings/ updates with team members, collect feedback, encourage and promote team spirit
- Collaborate and support on other initiatives upon request
Job Requirements
Job requirements:
- Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years working experience in HR
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Burmese
