On behalf of our Client, a well-known Food Stuff Industry Company, we are looking for HR Executives to be based at their offices in Mandalay and Sagaing Region, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Handles the full spectrum of HR functions and duties, i.e.
• Delivery of pay roll
• Design compensation and benefits packages
• Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
• Monitor HR department’s budget
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
• Any degree holder, Diploma in HR management would be an advantage
• Minimum 2 or 3 years in HRM with a medium to large company, preferable with a MNC.
• And prefer strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law and Others Related Law
• Proficient used of Microsoft Office packages
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English or Chinese.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
