Job Description

I. HR Policies
1. Formulate the company’s personnel policies, in consultation with the General Director
and Director of Finance & Administration,
2. Implement HR policies which conforms with the Company’s objectives, labour laws and
locally accepted practices.
3. Up-to-date HR practices and recommend new practices if necessary for management’s
consideration.
4. Formulate appropriate and competitive salary scales and administer the Company’s
wages and salary including employee’s benefit program.
5. Propose changes in general conditions of employment to assist in in attaining the
company’s objectives, for approval by the management.
6. Administer payroll processing to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
7. Foster a high standard of interpersonal relations among the management, staff and other
employees; take necessary corrective personnel actions and bring to the attention of
management situations which may have negative effects on employees’ morale.
8. Advise line managers and supervisors of regulatory requirements and functions on
Company-employee relations to ensure that they conform with the company’s long term
interests and growth, and to ensure that the Company’s industrial peace is maintained.
9. Develop and implement effective manpower planning in line with the company’s growth
objective for the management’s approval.
10. Develop recruitment procedures and strategies; oversee their implementation and
monitor the recruitment processes to ensure that the company’s manpower
requirements are met.
11. Develop and implement effective training programs based on the assessment of training
needs to enhance the performance and efficiency of staff at all level.
12. Develop and implement a supervisory and management training program to ensure that
supervisory and management functions are carried out effectively and that staff with
management potential are identified and trained.

Job Requirements

1. Education : Bachelor Degree in any appropriate field relating to interpersonnel relations
2. Foreign language : Good command in English (written and spoken).
3. Experience : At least 2 years.
4. Other skills : Knowledgeable in Computer (Ms.Word, Excel).
