• Develop HR strategies and provide HR advisory to the management team to achieve the company’s KPIs and objectives.
• Develop and implement HR plans, programmes and policies to support the expanding business of the Company.
• Analyse the recruitment needs of the organisation and manage the appropriate recruitment channels.
• Review and enhance the compensation structure to attract and retain the right talents.
• Lead the learning and development, performance management, talent assessment and succession planning processes of the company.
• Work closely with managers in the various aspects of human resource function and lead, coach and develop the HR team.
• Manage day-to-day HR operational and people support services such as personnel records, administration of benefits, and HR reports.
• Implement good employee relation and lead in organisation of company events.
• Work crossing with the local and headquarter to champion and manage changes in the organisation.

Job Requirements

• A degree in HR Management, Business or equivalent.
• Must have at least 8 to 10 years of HR working experience and those working or have worked in the banking or financial services industry will be preferred.
• Must have strong competencies in mass recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, training & development and succession planning and proven track record working as a HR Business Partner.
• Good knowledge of the Labour laws and other relevant statutory requirements.
• Must be meticulous and able to read and understand financial figures and reports.
