Job Description

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
- Liaising with a range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety;
- Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
- Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
- Deliver organizational design activities that enable senior management to define and organize structures and jobs and allocate people to the right places in order to improve efficiency
- Lead and motivate HR staff, monitoring performance, providing coaching, training and guidance to ensure appropriate development and enable high performance.
- Develop and implement optimized talent acquisition, talent management and development practices and share the responsibility for the goals of the organizations.

Job Requirements

- Any graduate
- Minimum (5) years experience in managerial field
- Fluency in English oral and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet and E-mail
- Must be able to work independently and under stressful situation
- Strong personal skills and behaviour that promotes teamwork and supports to all team members
