Position Purpose
The role of HR Specialist is to enable our employee’s productivity by supporting the whole HR services and operation.

KEY Accountabilities
• Accountable for the following components of the employee life-cycle:
• Recruitment process co-ordination:
o Screening candidates
o Interview co-ordination
o Interviewing of junior roles.
o Reference checking
o Contract creation
o Unsuccessful letters and closure of roles
• Employee on-boarding
o Preparation of employee tools of trade for first day
o Co-ordination of on-boarding and induction plan per individual
o Probation confirmation process
• Employee co-ordination for productivity
o Supporting & coordinating internal and external team events
• Integrity of HR data
o Ensuring the integrity of HR data
o Monitor HR SLAs
• People Administration
o Monthly SSB payment
o Ensuring all employees are covered for health insurance, life insurance
• HR projects
o Mini HR projects will be assigned from time to time (including payroll and tax calculation)




KEY Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
• Administrer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
• Assist in the recruitment process
• Liaison with recruitment agencies
• Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
• Continually improve the process following a customer centric approach.
• Monitor adherence to and comply with HR SLAs
• Travel arrangement ticket, car, accommodation (domestics & overseas)
• Business visa for overseas training or business purposes
• Lease agreement
• Business Cards
• Other reasonable duties as requested from time to time

Job Requirements

Functional Skills/ Knowledge Areas
• In-depth knowledge of Office suite of tools.
• High level of Customer Service and Solution orientation.
• Qualifications in HR
• 5 years of office experience with at least 3 in HR related field

Position Criteria

• Degree qualified with preferably a Human Resources Management specialization
• Demonstration of ongoing qualification in HRM related subjects
• At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations and HRIS in the field of Multi cultural environment
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Advanced in Microsoft suite of applications especially in excel and PowerPoint
• Preferrably the person who has knowledge in Workday application
