REPORTS TO: CEO and CFO

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement, review and re-engineer accounting and finance procedures, reporting structure and documentations in order to align with IFRS standards
• Ensure full compliance with relevant standards and rules in the group’s reporting processes, including but not limited to IFRS reporting standards, local regulatory reporting standards, Group’s Finance policies and standards
• Responsible for oversight of all finance and reporting activities to local regulators and external auditors. Act as the main contact point for liaison with regulators and external auditors for financial reporting purposes
• Continue to monitor to ensure that IFRS standards are being followed and take actions for any discrepancies
• Train and coach senior finance team and transfer skills and knowledge

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENT:

• IFRS specialist, experience of working within a large multi-functional finance team
• Process driven individual
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• A relevant degree
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in finance
• Experience in implementing international accounting and financial procedures
