o Support bank in developing SME financing function

The Role

● Contribute to the development of capability building programs
● Manage in Budgeting, business plans and forecasting
● Coordinate with credit and operations to set up robust
● Support the development of risk management

Job Requirements

● Minimum experience of 6 years in Small Medium Enterprise and 3 years in managerial level
● Bachelor degree is a must and prefer in financing
● Advanced in English
● Strong Leadership & Team Building skills
