Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1. Reviewing transaction structures and giving legal comments and suggestions.
2. Review contracts and agreements to be signed with clients and/or services suppliers.
3. Other bank business consulting and reviewing from legal perspective.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, specialized in Laws. Being proficient in both Myanmar and English.
2. The candidate shall have obtained lawyer certificate/license and qualification to act in court, two-year or more working experience in financial/banking sector.
3. Basic computer skills, able to use MS Word and Excel.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, willingness of learning and cooperation, capable of working under pressure and working independently.
5. Candidates with overseas education background or working experience in banking sector will be preferred.
