> Previous experience in call center experience or online sales experience is also preferable> Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening> Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types> Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively> At least 3 years' working experience in telecom or ICT related industry is preferable> Proficiency in MS office including PowerPoint and Excel > Good command of written and spoken
