An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. Check cash balance on daily basic
2. Check optional tour flyer list on daily basic
3. Greet customer and introduce company products with detail information
4. Consult the customers of tour packages and customize plan depend on customer’s need.
5. Prepare and calculate quotation for the packages
6. Ensure customer is being informed timely
7. Maintain H.I.S. Service standard and provide excellent customer service
8. Work together with office team for necessary arrangement
9. Propose and plan for new marketing tools for tour desk
10. Propose new product to Sales Manager according to customer request
11. Propose and implement for B2B marketing and sales for tour desk
12. Conduct competitor analysis including price comparison of car, flight, and others suppliers
13. Daily report to Sales Manager
14. Monthly ad Yearly review of tour desk sales progress

Job Requirements

Proven related experience in travel industry
Excellent customer service skill
Pleasant interpersonal skill
English language (intermediate level)
Also open for fresh graduate with related education background (e.g. tourism management)
