- စီးပြားေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားအားတိုင္းတာျခင္းမ်ား
- Identify clients for individual loan in need of working capital or business expansion.
- စီးပြားေရးလုပ္ငန္းလုပ္ရန္(သို႔) စီးပြားေရးတုိးခ်ဲ႕ရန္အတြက္လိုအပ္ေသာေငြအရင္းအႏွီးအတြက္ တစ္ဦးခ်င္းေခ်းေငြမ်ား ေခ်းယူလိုသူမ်ားကို ခြဲျခားသတ္မွတ္ေပးရန္။
- Conduct house and business visits to determine eligibility of client as per the credit policies
-ေခ်းေငြမူဝါဒအရ ေငြေခ်းသူမ်ား၏ ေခ်းေငြရယူရန္အရည္အခ်င္းျပည့္မွီမႈကို ဆုံးျဖတ္ရန္ ေငြေခ်းယူသူ၏ အိမ္ႏွင့္ စီးပြားေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကို သြားေရာက္စစ္ေဆးရန္။
- Conduct loan appraisal by collection of relevant proof and reference checks with neighbors and suppliers of the client.
-ေခ်းေငြအကဲျဖတ္မႈေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ရန္ ေငြေခ်းသူႏွင့္ သက္ဆိုင္ေသာ သက္ေသအေထာက္အထားမ်ားကို စုေဆာင္းျခင္းႏွင့္ သူ၏အိမ္နီးခ်င္းမ်ားႏွင့္ သူ၏စီးပြားေရးလုပ္ငန္းအား ေထာက္ပံ့သူမ်ားကို စစ္ေဆးျခင္းမ်ား ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။
-Training the client and the co-borrower on the loan’s terms and conditions
-ေငြေခ်းသူမ်ားႏွင့္ ပူးတြဲေငြေခ်းသူတို႔ကို ေငြေခ်းျခင္းဆိုင္ရာ စည္းမ်ဥ္းစည္းကမ္းမ်ားကို သင္ၾကားေပးရန္။
-Preparing loan file in a proper manner and attaching all relevant documents for scrutiny of Credit Advisor or Branch Manager.
-CA ႏွင့္ BM တို႔မွ ေခ်းေငြအကဲျဖတ္နိင္ေစရန္ ေငြေခ်းသူ၏ သက္ဆိုင္ေသာအေထာက္အထားမ်ားႏွင့္အတူ ေခ်းေငြဖိုင္ကို ျပင္ဆင္ေပးပို႔ရန္။
-Disbursing loan as per the policies laid out in the process manual
-လုပ္ငန္းမွ ခ်မွတ္ထားေသာမူဝါဒမ်ား၊ လုပ္ငန္းေဆာင္ရြက္မႈ လမ္းစဥ္မ်ားအတိုင္း ေခ်းေငြထုတ္ေခ်းေပးရန္။
-Conducting loan utilization check within 15 days of disbursement and recording observations
-ေခ်းေငြအသုံးခ်မႈစစ္ေဆးျခင္းကို ေခ်းေငြထုတ္ေခ်းၿပီး ၁၅ ရက္အတြင္း လုပ္ေဆာင္၍ ေလ့လာေတြ႔ရွိမႈမ်ားကို မွတ္တမ္းတင္ထားရန္။
-Conducting regular monitoring visits to clients at their business locations to ensure that the client continues to have adequate repayment capacity
-ေငြေခ်းသူမ်ား၏ ေခ်းေငြျပန္ဆပ္ႏိုင္စြမ္း မွန္ကန္စြာဆက္လက္တည္ရွိေနရန္အတြက္ ေငြေခ်းယူသူမ်ား၏ စီးပြားေရးလုပ္ငန္းလုပ္ရာေနရာမ်ားသို႔ ပုံမွန္သြားေရာက္ၿပီးႀကီးၾကပ္စစ္ေဆးရန္။
-Reminder calls to clients before due date of repayment
ေခ်းေငြျပန္လည္ေပးဆပ္ရန္ေန႔ရက္ မတိုင္မွီ ေငြေခ်းယူသူမ်ားထံသို႔ ဖုန္းေခၚဆို သတိေပးရန္။
-In case of repayment issues, follow-up immediately and inform the concerned personnel
-ေခ်းေငြျပန္လည္ေပးဆပ္မႈဆိုင္ရာ ျပႆနာမ်ားျဖစ္ပြားပါက ေနာက္ဆက္တြဲလုပ္ကိုင္ရန္ရွိသည္မ်ားကို ခ်က္ခ်င္းလုပ္ေဆာင္ၿပီး သက္ဆိုင္ရာတာဝန္ရွိပုဂၢိဳလ္မ်ားကို ခ်က္ခ်င္းအသိေပးအေၾကာင္းၾကားရန္။
-Ensure achievement of targets as communicated by the Branch Manager from time to time
-ေခ်းေငြလ်ာထားခ်က္မ်ား ေသခ်ာျပည့္မွီမႈရွိေစရန္အတြက္ မိမိ၏ ရုံးခြဲမန္ေနဂ်ာထံသို႔ အခ်ိန္ႏွင့္တေျပးညီ ဆက္သြယ္သတင္းပို႔ရန္။
-Be fully informed about the policies of KEB Hana and act in compliance with them
-ေကအီးဘီ ဟာနာ၏ မူဝါဒမ်ားႏွင့္ နည္းဥပေဒမ်ားကို ေငြေခ်းသူမ်ား ေသခ်ာလိုက္နာႏိုင္ေစရန္ အျပည့္အစုံရွင္းျပ အသိေပးထားရန္။

ပညာအရည္အခ်င္းလိုအပ္ခ်က္
- ပညာအရည္အခ်င္း အနည္းဆံုး တကၠသိုလ္တစ္ခုမွ ဘြဲ႕ရၿပီးျဖစ္ရမည္။
- ေမာ္ေတာ္ဆိုင္ကယ္ ေမာင္းႏွင္ႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- ခရီးသြားႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- ကြန္ျပဴတာအရည္အခ်င္းႏွင့္စပ္လ်ဥ္းၿပီး Microsoft Word ႏွင့္ Microsoft Excel ကို တတ္ကြ်မ္းနားလည္ၿပီး လက္ေတြ႕ က်က် ကြ်မ္းက်င္စြာ ကိုယ္တြင္ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
