Job Purpose:• Responsible for ACS complete Energy Management ensuring no revenue leakage against any invoice from respective partner monthly.• Also responsible for DC part and Energy management of all FTK and pole site.Principal Accountabilities:• Supports Ongoing Business Development plans• Responsible for carrying Energy management of the whole ACS network.• Timely payment of Grid bills and Fuel filling at DC.• Responsible for O&M Service Delivery SLAs/KPIs of Datacentre.• Responsible for Preventive Measure plan and execution.• Responsible for Incidence management of datacentre.• Ensures timely resolve of Datacentre issues.• Ensures O&M processes and procedures are designed, implemented, tested & enforced, regularly reviewed and updated• Ensures 3rd Party Management SLA’s (where applicable)• Prime management level interface to O&M in scope subcontractors & 3rd parties• Prime liaison contact for escalated O&M matters• Fault Management• Preventive Management • Change Management and onsite support• Infra management• Maintenance Management (Energy management, Corrective, Preventive Maintenance, spares, tools and vehicle Management)Communications & Working Relationships: • Technical team, Rollout, business team, MS partner, TSG desk handling, Planning team, OSP partners and NOC team.The framework, Boundaries, Decision Making Authority, and Responsibility:• Overall Energy Management Management• Performance Management of Datacentre Passive part.• MTTR Achievement and SLA accomplishment of DC and Energy.• Month on Month OPEX saving.• Optimization Management Support.• Acceptance of dispute with a partner for technical invoice acceptance.
• Degree/Diploma: B.Sc. Electronic Engineering• Minimum 2 years Active and Passive Operation management experience• Minimum 3 Years Mobile Telecommunications senior management experience• Experience of 2 years in managing vendor and internal team.• Minimum 2 years of working experience for Datacentre Management.
