- တကၠသိုလ္ တစ္ခုခုမွ ဘြဲ႕ရရွိျပီးသူ (သို႔) အေျခခံပညာ အထက္တန္း ေအာင္ျမင္ျပီးသူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- ရိုးသားၾကိဳးစားျပီး အမ်ား ႏွင့္ ပူးေပါင္း အလုပ္လုပ္ ႏိုင္ရမည္။
- အက်င့္စာရိတၱ ေကာင္းမြန္သူ၊ က်န္းမာေရး ေကာင္းမြန္သူ၊ ကုမၼဏီ ႏွင့္ ေရရွည္လက္တြဲ လုပ္ကိုင္ႏိုင္သူ၊ နယ္ခရီး သြားႏိုင္သူ၊ လုပ္ငန္းအေပၚ အမွန္တကယ္ စိတ္၀င္စားသူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- သတ္မွတ္ခ်ိန္အတြင္း လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကို ေစ႔စပ္ေသခ်ာစြာ ၿပီးေျမာက္ေအာင္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ ႏိုင္ရမည္။
- PVC & Metal Trunking/Pipe မ်ားကို ေသသပ္စြာ ရိုက္ႏိုင္ျပီး Labour မ်ားအား ဦးေဆာင္ ႏိုင္ရမည္။
- Cable Laying ႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္ေသာ အေတြ႔အၾကံဳ ရွိရမည္။
- Project Management အေတြ႔အၾကံဳ ရွိျပီး Project တစ္ခုလံုးကို Handle လုပ္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
- Labour, Customer မ်ားႏွင့္လည္း စကားကို ေျပျပစ္စြာ ေျပာႏိုင္ရမည္။
