RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

1. Mastery of Subject Matter

a) Demonstrate a thorough and accurate knowledge of their field or discipline.
b) Display an ability to interpret and evaluate the theories of their field or discipline.
c) Connect their subject matter with related fields.
d) Stay current in their subject matter through professional development, involvement in professional organizations, and attending professional meetings, conferences, or workshops.
e) Learn and use technology to enhance teaching and the educational experience when appropriate
f)Teach a course load appropriate to the field technically.
g)Plan and organize instruction in ways that maximize documented student learning.
h)Employ appropriate teaching and learning strategies to communicate subject matter to students efficiently.
i)Modify instructional methods and strategies to meet diverse student needs.
j)Contribute to theselection and development of instructional materials in accordance with course
objectives.
k)Incorporate core competencies into curriculum.
l)Develop, update, and post course syllabi in a timely manner.
m)Provide support and problem resolution for installed software (if require).
n) carry out performance assessments to determine the skills gap between current and desirable learner skill levels
o)Maintain appropriate records of learner development and resource allocation.
p)Responsible for ensuring all equipment is operational in the computer labs and informing the
appropriate personnel when repairs are required
q)Identifies and reports the student issues that arise from use of software, hardware or computer lab.
r) Deal with FAQs
s) Should be professional in approach and committed to deadlines(course and class completion)

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education
- Bachelor Degree
-Microsoft Certified or Comptia certified or equivalent.


Experience
- 2 to 5 years experienced in Teaching/Training.
- Fluency in English 4 skills
- A team player with a positive work attitude and who possess strong interpersonal skills.
-Familiar with College campus and services available to students and staff.
-Working knowledge of computer software and hardware
- Preferably, have experience in following business: IT enabled services/training institutes/ICT coaching centers
