We're looking for the qualified "site engineer" with high motivation and passion. His job description is manage a project site and purchase materials, manage sub constructors ,control labors, in order to accomplish interior decoration based on our concept design and drawings within it's budget in time.

Job Requirements

The working experience and knowllage are needed in interior or building construction fields. Our clients are Japanese, UK, France, Singapore, Australia, Chinese and so on. We give our services to international clients with quality performance. He can learn how to work and manage project under our admin and project manager (senior). To do so, the high motivation is needed. The good communication skill is needed, because all information between designer, purchaser, supplier, sub constructors and labors is pass through the site engineer. Speaking English is needed. If he can speak Japanese or Thai, it's more oppotunity for his future career (Going to Japan, Thailand) There are 3 key factors to manage project. 1st is Quality, 2nd is Cost, 3rd is Time. Controlling all activities on site, he need to think logically and explain process and method to all involved parties. Some projects are day work. Some projects are night work. Our standard working hour is 8 hours/day.
