• Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers, to ensure job success.
• Assist in making discussion with client to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.
• Coordinate in making research and explore the use of new materials, technologies, and products to incorporate into designs as required.
• Use computer-aided drafting (CAD)/ Google Sketches and Microsoft Office related software to produce construction documents.
• Review and make suggestion on tenancy drawings.
• Assist all other work related tasks to Interior Design Manager as required.

Job Requirements

Education
• B.Arch / Dip in Interior Design Diploma from accredited college
Experiences
• (2) Years experiences in Interior Design works.
Knowledge
• Principles and processes for providing services as per tenants’ requirements.
• Design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction
Skills
• Service Orientation
• Attention to details
• Active listening
Abilities
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
