An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• In conjunction with Company management, develop, design and execute exploration and drilling programs for a variety of Myanmar clients;
• Review and compile exploration data from previous exploration programs;
• Produce high quality, well-presented reports (in Myanmar and English);
• Assist in preparation of client proposals;
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of field staff;

Job Requirements

TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Proven previous mineral exploration experience in several Myanmar geological terrains and mineral deposit styles;
• Previous Mine experience not necessary but would be an advantage

PERSONAL SKILLS
• Well-developed leadership and team management skills;
• Ability to supervise, guide and train junior staff;
• Meets deadlines for all tasks;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to travel extensively in Myanmar, and work in the field for extended periods of up to several weeks

LANGUAGE SKILLS
• High proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese & English;
• Other foreign language skills well regarded.

COMPUTER SKILLS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), ArcGIS, Global Mapper and other mapping software.

Qualification Background
• B.Sc. degree in Geology minimum / M.Sc. degree in Geology preferred
• Diploma in GIS/RS preferred
