Mingalar Real Estate Conversation, is a specialised media portal focused on real estate news across Myanmar. Mingalar Real Estate Conversation covers Myanmar investment, properties and international interest in this exciting frontier market.

We are seeking an Intern / Analyst that to work within our Mingalar Real Estate Conversation team based in Yangon.
The local team also comprises a Team Manager, Admin Support and Photographer / Design Director and reports to our international partners.

The successful candidate will take the role of an intern analyst for the business on the ground in Yangon and might have majored in journalism or law/tertiary education in architecture, real estate or Property development.

Job Requirements

Excellent English and Burmese skills - both written and verbal and Translation skills between the two languages

Make contact with all leading real estate agents to onboard their profiles and leading building listings

Negotiation and sales skills

Ideally outgoing/active and passionate about building businesses.

Collect data for all leading residential and office buildings, industrial zones, Suburbs. Along with sources of data and images and upload data into the Mingalar website

Have basic IT skills in excel and word press content websites

Liaise with the MRESA, MCEA, MCD and other relevant governing and real estate bodies and agencies to collect and upload their news, reports, individual profiles, organisation profiles, case studies, investment opportunities on a regular/weekly basis.

Ability to set and meet daily and weekly publishing deadlines
