Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

 Performing and conduct independent audits with minimum supervision
 To submit independent reports on audit findings and make recommendations for the correction of unsatisfactory conditions
 Ensure accuracy and reliability of audit findings and propose improvements
 Conduct audit field work at the branches according to the guideline of Internal Audit checklist.
 Follow up the proper procedure for risk management and internal control system of the Company.
 Maintain proper communication with management and audit committee.
 Identify required areas to develop internal controls and suggest to management.
 Perform audit procedures to verify that controls are operating and reports to the Country Manager
 Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.
 Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor in addition to normal responsibilities.

Job Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field of study Good problem-solving skills and have team spirit
 Must be proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel
 At least two years of internal, external audit/accounting experience (Preferably of Microfinance experience)
 Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
 Sociable, collaborative but unbiased and impartial attitude in duty
 Able to work in remote areas with the locals
 Must be able to travel to the branch and field base on requirement
 Good written and oral communication skill in Myanmar and English
 Age should be below 35 years
 Should have a valid motorbike riding license
