>Manage audit process & training/inspection incl. reviewing and observing operations and activities, interviewing auditee regarding work process, identifying areas of risk in internal controls and procedures
> Manage final summary report & training/ inspection regarding fieldwork results
> Manage process of follow-up audit & training/inspection to ensure that action plans and the required measures have been implemented within time frames
> Consolidate findings and report development & training/inspection to create holistic view of internal audit results and recommendation to be input for executives and relevant committee for internal control improvement

> Audit experience and background with specialty of training / inspection and/or quality assurance
> Able to communicate in English with strong communication skill, able to co-work with other teams within the organization and other external vendors effectively.
