• Search for reliable international suppliers/manufacturers to obtain best quality products with optimal pricing as per short, medium and long-term strategies of the company.
• Negotiate with international suppliers/manufacturers to achieve most economical pricing with optimal quality standards to meet the company product requirements.
• Manages the international suppliers’ after sales services to ensure timely delivery of products as per planned schedule and handle and resolve any product quality complaints from the customers with the international suppliers.
• Remains current on market trends with competitors, suppliers, and maintains procurement pipelines with alternative suppliers/manufacturers to ensure corporate standards are maintained in accordance with required profit margins.
• Conduct feasibility study and market research for product selection and launching of new products.
• Negotiation for business terms and conditions with new international suppliers/manufacturers to be able to manage the costs effectively for the best interests of the company.
• Monitor and analyze suppliers’ business continuity plan and conduct risk assessment on suppliers to understand any sustainability risks in order to report to the top management on the risk mitigation action plan to ensure no disruption in consistence supply from the preferred international suppliers.
• Consistently plans assigned work, anticipates obstacles, and is accountable for driving timelines and projects to completion.
• Responsible for Effective Supply and Demand Management of Inventory level to proactively plan and manage to achieve Economic Reorder Levels of all Inventory by measuring and executing Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) reorder points to ensure on-time delivery of stocks at best economic values for the Company
• Manage the agreements/contracts with international suppliers, vendors and customers to get favorable/beneficial results for the company

• Bachelor Degree in Economic, Sales, Marketing. MBA or International Business and Procurement related academic background is preferred.
• At least 8 years of related working experiences.
• Working Knowledge of Incoterms, LC, and International Trade terms.
• Must have 3 years in managerial or significant leadership role in related field
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledgeable in updated rules and regulations of the Ministry of Commerce as well as understanding of Banks’ regulations
• Strong knowledge in local and international shipping practices
