Job Description

• Purchasing

o Computer purchasing for new employees as requirement specification.
o Prepare and install software requirement. (e.g. TSheets, IMS…)
o User account Management.

• Administration

o Support and assist Facilities Manager by following up leads and developing requirements.
o Email setup, Software Installation, computer repair and maintenance for RJE & Valentis
o Server Management and Internet connection control.

• Content Generation

o Update and maintain CCTV, Door security system, PABX system and Printers
o Maintain reporting and document templates with consistent branding
o Update online company materials including website, Facebook, and other social media

Job Requirements

Education / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field is must and other qualifications certificate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT
• Intermediate level of written and verbal English
• Good Knowledge in electronics media devices
• Proficiency in MS office, Photoshop, Networking.
• Effective communication skills, a positive working attitude is required
• Knowledge of Networking + Wireless devices
• Knowledge of MS access and others database software.
• Proactive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
