An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Responsible in supporting company’s ERP system
• To lead and improve the company used ERP system to an optimum manner
• Manage and guide users on administrating ERP System
• Communicate with internal ERP team and external parties to provide support in operational matters
• Maintain the parameters, static tables and roles according to ERP system guidelines
• Execute & control all changes in the system
• Test service pack upgrades and patches together with ERP team if necessary
• Resolve and coordinate on functional problems reported by users
• Proactive trouble shooting and testing in all business applications
• Onsite user support for company ERP system
• Offsite support for any system issue via MS Teams, even in holidays, if required
• Dealing with user-sensitive information
• Monitor users’ additional changed requests
• Test all the system changed in Non-Production and make sure before deploying in Production

Job Requirements

• Leadership

• People Management
• Degree in Engineering, or Computer Science B.C.Sc/ B.C.Tech/ B.E (IT)
• Minimum of 3- 5 years relevant experiences
• Good working experience in the use of ERP Application preferably in a logistic environment
• Good working knowledge on data analysis
• Programming knowledge is preferable
