Job Description

- Implement studies of new system & review existing system assigned by the supervisor; suggest and propose of the solution to improve the automation of relative IT issues.
- Maintain and develop application for sales, service, inventory, accounting and website.
- Users support and training.
- Make periodically data backup.
- Formulate and provide sales analysis report or utilities for the management.
- Be responsible for all errors of ERP software (Accounting, HR, POS, Inventory, VAT, Reports, v.v..) installation, maintenance and management..
- Manage Windows, SQL Servers – checking the Event Log and making fine tuning, replicating data to other servers, compacting databases...
- Encouraged to develop some small software for internal usage.

Job Requirements

- Ability to balance a fun and friendly work environment with high levels of productivity
- High level of database and applications troubleshooting experience
- Manage the maintenance of existing applications, receiving direction, and when necessary, designing innovative working
Solution to meet business needs.
Requires skill(s): MS SQL Server / MS SQL Reporting Services expertise / Crystal Report
Good experience in program languages VB / Visual C / .NET / Java / FoxPro (plus) / Microsoft Office 365 Share point (plus)
- Experience in MS SQL server use; query the database with T-SQL, creating views, looking at T-SQL statements and
debugging them, looking at existing T-SQL statements and improving performance of the statement
- Experience in using VBA Macros on excel to connect to SQL server, fetching and manipulating data obtained from the server,
and debugging and fixing existing excel files that are using VBA scripts
- Good knowledge in ERP
- Knowing and experience in POS systems.
- Knowing and experience in Accounting systems (SUN / SAP…)
- Knowing and experience in Human Resources system
