A Good Opportunity for ..

• Manage stakeholder requirement and development process. (system analysis, software solution design, implementation)
• Manage development of test plan and testing activities with relevant parties including user acceptance testing
• Manage development schedule
• Need to engage with Vendors/ Subcontractors related to Project Requirement
• Inspection and troubleshooting of malfunction in applications on Billing system

Job Requirements

• Degree (IT/ICT/Telecommunication/Electronic engineering)
• IT & Telecom industries (GSM/CDMA/Fixed preferred)
• Billing, Charging, Customer Care, Order Management, CRM knowledge
• BSS suppliers experience (e.g. ZTE, Huawei, Ericsson, etc.)
• Experiences for Billing / Charging system or other system
• Experience for drawing the definitions of requirements and the test scenario for billing system or other system
• Telecom experience is preferable
• Applicable four skills in English and Myanmar languages
