Overall Purpose
Under the direction of IT Service Management Team Lead, to be responsible for ensuring standardized methods, procedures and prompt handling of change activities to minimize the impact and control manner.

Duty and Responsibilities
- Executes Change Management process tasks in adherence with the Banks published policy & standards.
- Coordinates and manages the change management process across IT and Business to ensure that change implementations are performed in a responsible and control
manner.
- Analyze Change Records for Completeness and Accuracy per Policy.
- Own and manage change management process documentation and work flows.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all relevant parties to ensure that issues & risks are identified and resolved or escalated as appropriate.
- Ensures that changes are properly classified according to urgency, timing, potential impact.
- Responsible to plan/facilitate Change Advisory Boards (CAB) to ensure risks are documented, mitigated & minimized by ensuring proper coordination and communications
have taken place.
- Prepare CAB agenda and circulate all requests for change to CAB members in advance of meetings to allow prior consideration.
- Organize CAB meeting for release approval and issue FSC (Forward Schedule of Change) and coordinate & overseeing releasing/implementation activities.
- Responsible to conduct post implementation Reviews (PIRs) and verify all change results are in line with business expectations.
- Prepare change management metrics and KPIs by ensuring the changes are documented, prioritized, closed out and review properly.
- Present meaningful report by weekly and monthly for management review.
- Update measurement of successful metrics and monitor for maturation.
- Completes own role independently or with minimal supervision.
- Additional duties as deemed necessary by leadership.

Job Requirements

Education & Experiences
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree with service mind-set and at least one year experience in IT Change management environment.
- Ability to apply office management practices and administrative support to change processes.
- Good working knowledge of ITIL methodology and ticketing system.
- Good Knowledge of making creative report.

Knowledge and Skills
Essential
- Ability to work independently and to accomplish common goals.
- comfortable with implementing new technologies and automation capabilities that enhance team efforts.
- Organized, thorough and able to produce detailed documentation as necessary.
- Define and document procedures in accordance with agreed methodology.
- Able to meet deadlines and be held accountable.
- Can communicate to all level of person in organization.
- Good interpersonal skills and Knowledge of IT Infrastructure & Application Architecture and activities.
- Prefer ITIL certification

Languages
Essential
- Effective communication skills - both written & oral.
