Engage with Users to support daily business operations
Need to engage with vendors related to O&M
Lead training sessions for both key users and end users
Solve inquires from respective dept and enhance business operations and align with ERP system
Monitoring and Managing SAP ERP system
>Focus the risk and issue and make measure with Project Manager
>Involve projects in JO side and support PM to control vendor.
>Make suggestion and proposal to JO to optimize HR business process.
>Create project documents and review them provided by outside consultants
>Communicate with key users and represent JO in PMO

Job Requirements

Fluency in English skills including communication and presenting
Japanese skill is preferable
2+ years experience in project management experience
Min 2 years of ERP system
Required background of leading and conducting trainings
Min 2 years of HR implementation project
