· Main responsible for Clients inquiry and help calls· Handles Clients complaints and enquiries regarding IT issues (Login or Other IT issues):· Preparing and reformatting the presentation files:· Established performance requirements to execute system integration:· Responsible for the smooth operations of the Customer Success delivered to various Clients regarding IT related projects · Full time checking on Clients Profiles, Photos and Corporate Board Runtime:· Controlling Calls for requesting about the Premium Profile on · Being the connector between Customer Success Department and IT Department:· Solving the IT issues from User-end with IT Department:· Report to CS Director and assist.
· Any Bachelor Degree Holder· Must have experience in IT Knowledge and IT Support· Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Photoshop· Can type in both Myanmar and English· Ability to identify and resolve issues regarding and passionate about new technologies. Must be fluent in English
