Job Description
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and Mentorship.
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with other team members, product manager, marketing manager, MD, CEO and other team members to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain website and mobile application
- Follow up full product development cycle (analysis, design, implementation, testing, documentation)
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates, and work plans.
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of a product.
- Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
- Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time

- Experience in working with large-scale databases (1000+ tables)
- 7+ years of experience in PHP Development
- 7+ years of experience in HTML / CSS (strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
- 5+ Years of Experience in JavaScript / JSON / AJAX / jQuery. Knowledge of AngularJS and React would be an advantage
- 7+ years of experience in MySQL / SQL Lite, including strong database design, advanced query optimization
- 4+ years of experience managing IT teams of 10+ people
- Strong knowledge of Version Control Repository systems (GitHub, BitBucket)
- Strong knowledge of Apache and Nginx web servers (advanced system administration skills would be an advantage)
