• Define and improve all system and network operation process

• Making compliance with all internal/global application upgrades.

• Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services

• Performing Project management of IT initiatives, acting as a team member role.

• Reporting to local line manager and communication with local and global IT colleagues via phone, email and video conferencing also.

• Actively involve the new project implementation related activities.

• Maintaining and checking the IT asset stock list and keep it all in records.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Other degree holders with relevant job experience is also acceptable)

• 3-4 years of prior IT experience

• Having Skills about network infrastructure consisting of LAN, WAN and Firewall implementation, Operating and Maintaining IT infrastructure.

• CCNA, CCNP, MCSA/MCSE are preferred

• Strong documentation skills

• Fluent in English
