• To stabilize the company system with minimum issue and non-schedule downtime.
• To ensure system support is available to users, ensuring the provision of appropriate assistance to all system users, trouble-shooting problem arising, and installing and upgrading system, software, hardware as required.
• Provide service, support and information to internal and external customers as require from department/company to meet their requirement and successful.
• To ensure systems support is available to users, ensuring the provision of appropriate assistance to all system users, trouble-shooting problem arsing, and installing and upgrades system and hardware as required.
• Produce deliverables associated with the project methodology e.g. specifications, training, program and user manuals as require.
• Understanding to company's IT catalogue, products and services to support user that following by IT policy, IT security and IT compliance.
• Provide support for all Information Technology products and services. Support may include answering questions, troubleshooting problems, giving knowledge or instructing customers regarding software or hardware functionality, and communicating policy.
• Provide technical support as resolver Level 1 work orders. Elevates complex and/or high priority problems to the appropriate support groups for resolution.
• The single point of contact for all IT related query and issues including escalation to the resolver group for complex problem solving via the standard trouble ticket tool for all of DSC MM.
• Delivered IT solutions on infrastructure and system related into project management and project team member.
• Suggested the appropriate IT solution for both internal and external stakeholder.
• To check, ensure and follow IT information process on company policy and standardize.
• To maintain and ensure the system have ready to serve all the time.

Job Requirements

• Male - Female 24-30 years old.
• Experience in IT support relate to warehouse management system, Inventory system, Logistics and Transportation system.
• Troubleshoot, IT issue solve, incident report, SLA experience.
• Database management and related IT skills.
• Strong analytical skills, team-building and leadership qualities.
• Fast response with good representation and service mind.
• Must have familiarity with knowledge with Microsoft office feature.
• Must be able to learn and service new and fast-changing technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and very strong customer service orientation.
• Positive attitude and good work habits under pressure.
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience within IT service/support to warehouse management system or related
• Bachelor in Information Technology (IT), MIS or related field and work experience preferably in Forwarding /Logistic business sector.
• Good knowledge in English reading/writing skills
