• Oversee the information technology needs of an organization including supervising subordinates, coordinating software implementation and upgrades, determining IT budget and equipment needs, and ensuring systems security

About the Company

Our client is one of the Foreign FMCG company in Myanmar

The Role

• IT support of desktop, mobile, DMS application and Roll out for local system operation
• Installation and configuration computer hardware operation systems
• Set up new users’ accounts, troubleshoot network problems, hardware and software faults
• Office 365 support for application management, onboarding/ off boarding, device inventory and access management
• Monitor and maintain network security and computer systems

Job Requirements

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in support for software and hardware installation and configuration
• Basic knowledge in Network, Wireless LAN, IT Services and Security, Server, Router, Switch, Access Point
• Business English is a must
• Willing to learn new IT services with good attitude
