Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Setup, configure, test hardware and software components required for POS System
  • Install software and hardware required for POS System at client sites
  • Provide training for POS System to clients regarding software, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Provide telephone, remote and on-site support for POS users
  • Cooperating with data encoders/cashier/order taker
  • Generating reports and send daily by email
  • To provide “Support and Software implementation of POS System for outside customers”
  • Reporting daily activity reports to Project leader
  • POS system Presentation to customer and Team Leaders
  • Have to Travel

Job Requirements

  • At Least a Bachelor’s Degree of Information Technology or equivalent Diploma/ Certificate in related field
  • Must have 2 years’ experience in related field
  • Must have the knowledge of C#, ASP, Net Application development and experience of MS SQL
  • Must have good communication skills and able to onsite support
