Duties and essential job function:
EXTERNAL and INTERNAL
Networking
• Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting regional teams.
• Implements Security restrictions to all machines not to Access different sites during working hours. E .g Facebook, YouTube and other sites.
• Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company’s network and advises on how to manage it.
• WAN. Under stands how to communicate difficult /sensitive information tactfully.
• Relays relevant IT-related information to the company in a timely manner

Management
• Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.
• Serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the office assigned.
• Responds/acts on upper-management direction.
• Identifies and provides standards for gathering updated contact lists and emails for all employees.

Team Management
• Manages day-to-day internal interaction
• Sets and manages internal expectations.
• Communicates effectively with internal staff to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions.
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase internal satisfaction and deepen team Relationship.

Telephone
• Oversees all telephone changes, including bills and users for all company simcards.
• Sim cards replacements.
• Credit limitations increments and deduction for staff.
• Training & Maintenance
• Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer/laptops stations and software for company training programs and provides additional support if necessary.

Internal System
• Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
• Works with Project teams to help implement Internal Systems.
• Creation of email addresses for new staff and deletion.
• Help Desk Administration
• Oversees all help desk network.
• Responds to escalated help desk issues.
• Oversees the administration and maintenance of our tracking software.
• Interacts with staff on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.

Asset Management
• Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
• Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies at the regional level.
• Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.

Job Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 3 or 4 years relevant working experience in IT system.
• Experience in both hardware and software requirements in local area networking (LAN).
• Experience in the configuration of internal email system.
• Exclusive knowledge of internet proxy, pop mail, Linux Networking, TCP/IP setting and windows applications.
• Ability to trouble-shoot and maintain both wireless and cable connections is required.
• Must be able to learn newer technology and adduct.
• Must understand, follow and implement existing policies on IT equipment use and best practices

Foreign languages:
English –Advanced

Computer skills:
Ms-Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
Internet Explorer, Outlook Express
