IT Manager Role at a Large Retail Company in Yangon
• Manage the IT team and the entire IT systems and develop IT policies and best practices
• Up to 3,000,000 MMK plus other benefits

About the Company

Our client is one of the largest retail companies in Myanmar. It will be a chance to grow with the company by managing, maintaining and developing the IT systems

The Role
• Manage the IT System of the organization and provide regular checks for data and network security and generate regular systems report to the management
• Develop and implement IT policies and best practices for the organization
• Identify and plan to improve and update the IT systems
• Manage IT projects and make sure that all functional areas are running well

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum 8 years of experience in related field with 3 years in management role
• Strong coaching skills, decision making and action planning skills
• Experience in Project Management, IT Systems Management, Data and Network Security Management, Self-motivated, result-oriented and strong communication skills
• Excellent English communication skills
