Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
Running regular checks on network and data security
Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
Conducting regular system audits
Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems, networking solutions and IT services
Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
Analyze Company business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary.
Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
Generating performance reports for operating systems.
Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience; networking certificate such as CCNA is a plus
5 years of experience working in IT operations
Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
Familiar with VPN and Network Attached Storage (NAS) setup and solution
Good command of English written and spoken
Based in Myanmar and open to travel and work in remote areas of Myanmar for camps support.
