Responsibilities

✔ Manage the overall technical operations and networking of the IT Planning strategically IT projects, guidelines and group policies
✔ Ensure all critical infrastructure and operating system patches are applied consistently and sufficiently frequently in line with advice from Managing Director.
✔ Leading and mentoring the cross functional teams related to IT and Execute the IT budget and business support in IT Solutions
✔ To managed service provider as well as Server Hardware & Virtual Servers Window server 2016, ADDS, DC, DHPC, NPS etc and data storage systems, and Cloud Infrastructure
✔ To management of third-party Infrastructure systems such as Firewalls, NAS, SAN, Managed network switches etc
✔ Liaising with IT Infrastructure suppliers, with regards to ongoing infrastructure projects and lead the role for all IT Infrastructure projects
✔ Carry out Data Subject Access Requests for email and Infrastructure systems
✔ Assist IT Service desk with issues around Video Conferencing systems, CCTV / support as required.
✔ Day to Day BAU management of IT Infrastructure Systems.
✔ Knowledge and experiences on SAP/ ERP systems

Job Requirements

Skills/experience required:

✔ PCNSE or CCSA, CCNP(R&S),MCSE completed or other professional certifications such as JNCIP-ENT, RHCE,NCDA,CompTIA Linux+ and Cloud+.
✔ Cyber security knowledge is preferred
✔ Data center experience must be
✔ Compliance and auditing knowledge is a comprehensive
✔ Significant Microsoft infrastructure, Firewall and VPN technologies and Windows Server 2016
✔ Effective communication skills at all levels
✔ At least 5-year experience within others professional services organisation is desirable.
✔ Ability to adapt to new technology and processes
