Job Description

 Implementation of various hardware and software systems; Surveillance system and HR system
 Proper management of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems implementation and overseeing its post implementation support & services.
 Monitors and maintains software and hardware system and Usage
 Conduct equipment repair; identify or remedy failures.
 Develops, maintains, and monitors procedures for all server backups
 Performs on-site and remote technical support
 Assists in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources
 Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
 Maintains records prepare reports and compose correspondence relative to the work.
 Creates and maintains good technical documentation
 Provides emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule
 Performs other duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management

Job Requirements

Language: Myanmar and English

Position Requirements
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor or Masters preferably in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed university with minimum second division/class or equivalent CGPA in all academic records.

Professional Qualification:
• Knowledge in ERP solution especially Finance & Accounts, HR, Payroll, Procurement, Fixed Asset, Inventory modules will be given preference.
• Excellent in Database Management
• Sufficient knowledge of working with Project Management tools.

Required Competencies:
• Hardware and software skills
• Team Management and leadership, decision making
• Strong Knowledge of Financial Application
• Work under pressure
• Deadline oriented and committed to assignment
• Work with other functional teams
• Ability to demonstrate diversity in workplace
