Job Purpose
The IT Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of an IT support service to Hayman MFI. Monitoring and reporting on service requirements, they will assist in developing the IT support service, whilst nurturing positive relationships with customer-base and staff within the Hayman MFI environment.
The post-holder will provide professional leadership and IT operational management to the team, taking responsibility for the management and IT development of the team, implementing service standards and developing common system and process based on the Hayman MFI environment practice.

Jobs & Responsibilities:
 Installation and configuring computer hardware operating system and applications.
 Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with third party vendors and other professionals, such as MFI cloud software developers.
 Providing IT support, supporting the roll-out of new applications including procedural
documentation and relevant reports.
 Work within establishing configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
 Configure and install various network devices such as routers, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QOS especially familiar with Mikrotik platform. For example, CCR cloud core 1036.
 Deep understanding of VPN network (For example, PPTP, L2TP, SSTP)
 Encourage to prefer MTCNA or MTCRE or equivalent knowledge is mandatory required.
 Provide to support VPN network across through Site-To-Site.
 The support and administration of firewall environments in line with IT security policy.
 Speaking to support with staff via email and/or phone for their request IT issues.
 Frequently travel to branches office if necessary.
 Provides IT training and supports to all employees. Ensure that all system and programs are properly used and maintained.

IT Officer Skills and Qualifications
 Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science and/or related IT field experience is required.
 Experience and knowledge: possess a thorough knowledge of all functional aspects of IT. At least over 2 years’ experience of progressively.
 Technology Skills: hands on experience with following IT environment: Cloud core MIS software, IT infrastructure, Virtual Server environment such as Microsoft Hyper-V, G-Suite administration. Possess solid experience in the application of the management, provide MS Office tools.
