Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

We are looking for an IT Officer to provide technical assistance to Sale & Marketing Team, Digital
Creative Team and Dev Team. You will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems and
help our employees install applications and programs. Responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems, diagnosing both hardware and software related issues and communicate with Service Center for replacement hardware. You will use email, chat applications or in-person to give quick answers to simple IT issues. For more complex problems that require detail instruction, you will
provide clear, written instructions or technical manuals.
To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science,
IT or Software Engineering. Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or
helper, enjoy assisting people with computer issues and are able to explain technical details simply, we'd like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will be a go-to person for every tech-related problems our employees have. They
will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their tech problems.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify solutions to software issues
- Interface with an external service centre to resolve hardware related issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network configuration
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback
- Ensure all issues are properly logged Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time Follow up with employees to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting Prepare accurate and timely reports Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

Proven work experience as a IT Officer, Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT
Help Desk Technician or similar role
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues (e.g: Network connectivity problem
for laptops and desktops)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Degree or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
