Functional Responsibilities:•Provide fast and efficient IT support to employees•Provide IT support onsite, telephone support to offices and stores•Keep IT related documents as ITM standards, Asset Management •Coordinate and update with local IT team•Keep records of issue resolutions for: printers, UPS’s, networks and end users.•Able to work non business hours and weekends, Shift and on-call work may be required. Technical Responsibilities:•Provide technical issue resolution for: printers, UPS’s, networks and end users.•Prepare new workstations, printers, UPS’s and communications devices.•Conduct training to users as necessary.•Include POS system setup, maintenance, server maintenance and network administration •investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults•Repairing equipment and replacing parts laptops, desktops, POS machines, printers, projectors•obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings•checking computer equipment for electrical safety•maintaining records of software licenses•Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
•Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ IT or any other technical field•At least (2)year experience in IT field would be advantage•Proficiency in Myanmar/English both spoken and written is required, •able to work under pressure and manage personal effectiveness in face of challenge
