• Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures for IT Operations
• Ensure that IT Operations infrastructure has adequate capacity to provide 24X7 IT Operations and support business needs.

• Maintain issue logs and take corrective steps.
• Develop and enforce data center standard and controls.

• Good communication skills in English (both verbally and written)
• University graduate with bachelor’s Degree
• Professional certifications like ITIL,
• Minimum five years management experience in the field of IT/Data Center Operations
• IT/Data Center operations experience in the banking or telecom industry
• Committed to delivering IT operations services according to agreed service level agreements (SLA) with stake holders.
• Forward-looking in terms of IT Operations trends in the service industries like Banking, Telecom, etc.
• Displays leadership in managing through complex IT Operations with multiple vendors
